We currently ship to the lower 48 United States: all contiguous states, excluding Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories.

All payments are securely processed through Shopify Payments. Toddlekind never stores your payment information.


Order Processing Time

Orders for in-stock items are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.
If you need to cancel or modify your order, please contact us within 1 hour of placing it.
After this time, we may not be able to make changes, as your order may already be processed.

Delivery & Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
Most orders arrive within 3-7 business days, depending on carrier transit times and your location.
Delivery times may vary during peak shipping seasons or due to carrier delays.


Sales Tax

Applicable sales tax will be calculated and added at checkout based on your shipping address.


Damaged or Defective Merchandise

If you believe you’ve received a damaged or defective product, please stop using it immediately and contact our Customer Service team at customerservice@toddlekind.com.
Include your original order number and photos of the defect so we can review the issue promptly.
All claims are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Our policy regarding damaged or defective items is subject to change without notice.

If your order arrives with damaged outer packaging, please accept the delivery but contact us within 24 hours of receipt at customerservice@toddlekind.com.
Include photos of the damaged packaging and items so we can assist you promptly. Please keep all packaging materials until the issue has been resolved.

If you notice any quality issues or defects after unpacking or using your product, please email us within 3 days of receipt and we’ll do our best to resolve the issue quickly.


Correct Delivery Information

Please ensure that your full name and complete shipping address (including street address, city, state, and ZIP code) are entered correctly at checkout.
Toddlekind cannot be held responsible for orders that fail to arrive due to incorrect or incomplete delivery information provided at the time of purchase.

If your order does not arrive within 10 business days of shipment and the address provided was correct, please contact us at customerservice@toddlekind.com so we can assist you in locating your package.


Non-Deliverable Packages

If an order is returned to us as undeliverable (for example, due to an incorrect address, refusal of delivery, or failure to pick up from a carrier facility), the customer will be responsible for any reshipping fees.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you prefer a refund instead of reshipment, the refund will be issued minus the original shipping cost once the package is received back at our warehouse.

Once a package has been marked as “Delivered” by the carrier, ownership and responsibility transfer to the customer.
Toddlekind is not liable for lost or stolen packages after delivery confirmation.
If you believe your package was stolen or delivered incorrectly, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim.
We recommend shipping to a secure location to help prevent theft.
